Eastside offers internal strategic reviews to social enterprises, charities and NGOs and other socially-oriented businesses to provide an analysis of the organisation's current business and to assess options for growth, sustainability and internal efficiency.
Why conduct a strategic review?
The third sector is fragmented and there are many charities, NGOs, and housing associations that have matured and now recognise they need to both innovate to achieve sustainability and growth and create internal efficiency to maximise their competitive edge. Many organisations are faced by a range of alternative strategic options.
